Edwards became an independent privately owned business on 31 May 2007 after 40 years of being part of The BOC Group and latterly Linde and re-branded simply as Edwards. On 11 May 2012 Edwards Group Limited listed its shares on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol 'EVAC'.
The new Edwards is far more than just a new logo, it symbolises an increased focus on what we do best – providing world-class vacuum and abatement systems.
