With many years’ experience, Health and Safety Works Ltd has undertaken work across a wide range of industries. HSW ltd has provided and developed multi site H&S management systems, risk assessments, health and safety audits, advice to senior management on health and safety issues and legislation. 

HSW ltd can provide Risk Assessments for many activities including: -
General RA’s, Display Screen Equipment, PUWER, manual handling, fire, COSHH and DSEAR.  We also under take REACH Business continuity reviews.

Our principle consultant David Oates is a BS OHSAS 18001 lead auditor and Richard Morgan has significant experience inspecting facilities.

Richard has many years experience as an HSE Inspector for Manufacturing, with a wealth of knowledge gained.  He has been an author of many HSE guidance documents and has expertise in DSEAR.

Director - David Oates CMIOSH MRSB

Following a degree in biochemistry, David gained extensive experience within the food chemistry, cell and molecular biology industry as well as project management and property refurbishment. 
David is a Member of various institues such as the Institute of Biology, Chartered Biologist, IOSH (corporate member) and gaining recognition on the IOSH Register of Safety Practitioners.
Having worked with safety since the introduction of the COSHH regulations in 1988 David has a particular specialism in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and scientific environment.

Senior Consultant - Richard Morgan BSc(Hons) Tech IOSH

Previously a principal inspector with the Health and Safety Executive, inspecting manufacturing, utility and service industries across Great Britain.
He was Elected Fellow of IOSH (FIOSH) in 2005 and was awarded IOSH President's ‘Distinguished Service Certificate for Services to Health and Safety’ in 2013.

Consultant - Laura Tull Tech IOSH

Has gained varied experience, across a range of service and manufacturing industries. Laura started her career as a Safety administrator working her way up to Group QHSE Advisor, now for one of the largest Renewables service contractors in East Anglia.  
Her strengths lie in helping businesses meet, maintain, and improve their regulatory compliance - providing them with the tools, processes and required information to achieve best practice for their business area. Believing that Safety and compliance does not need to be over complicated.
