Audience

People newly appointed as Project Managers, Service Organisation Account Managers, or science/technical staff who need to add the management of a project to their current role. Also, it will help people who contribute to projects to understand what is involved.

Objectives

• To enhance product or service development and efficient working in Biopharma organisations by enhancement of more professional project management practice

• To increase awareness of and commitment to the end-to-end project process and key tools used.

• To enable staff to play their part in project teams, better understand the expectations of team members and be engaged/enthusiastic to contribute.

• To generate understanding of the particular challenges of project management in the BioPharma / life science sector and build understanding of how they are overcome

• To enable project managers to think through their own approach and make a plan to develop their teams’ performance

• To introduce key techniques used to manage project performance, overcome conflicts, problem solve and learn from experience
