Clinical Science Liaison / Medical Affairs
– French and English-speaking
Location: Poland

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Science Liaison / Medical Affairs Advisor to work with an innovative MedTech company based in Poland. The role will involve operating in foreign markets such as France, Belgium, and other French-speaking regions in the EU. The main responsibilities include supporting product commercialization and sharing knowledge about the company's advanced medical technology, which is designed to detect pelvic floor muscle injuries immediately after delivery.

Key tasks:
• Develop and maintain collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the dedicated area, midwives' organizations, patients' organizations, etc.
• Taking part in conferences and seminars for physicians and directors of clinical centers.
• Deliver in-person and online training and webinars for midwives, obstetricians, gynecologists, and training for the device's distributors.
• Support the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust expertise, and product information.
• Generate tactical, regional plans to provide needs-based, value-added support to the medical and healthcare community in line with company goals.
• Plan own workflow: business trips, conferences, and other activities.
• Support the development of marketing materials for different countries.
• Support the development of sales procedures.

Key requirements:
• Medical background, preferably MD or MD PhD in medicine (e.g. gynecology/obstetrics is nice to have), physiotherapy, pharmaceutical education, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and knowledge in in medical liaison, cooperation with physicians in clinics and hospitals.
• Ideally, candidates must have well-established networks and active relationships with KOLs in the gynecology or obstetrics and focused on developing and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with key medical experts. This requirement is a nice to have.
• Knowledge of MDR regulations, regulations/compliant practices would be helpful.
• Knowledge and experience with insights collections, qualitative data analytics.
• Knowledge about healthcare systems in various countries (including reimbursement systems of medical services) would be a plus.
• Readiness for frequent business trips – Europe.
• Necessary: fluency in English; French language – ideally professional proficiency required.
