Duration

A 1.5 day course, commencing in the afternoon of Day 1, plus a full Day 2.

 
Objectives


By taking this training course people will be able to:

• Discover the critical risks that cause many partnering initiatives to fail and the five things that must be addressed to get them right 

• Use and adapt generic processes and document templates for researching, launching and managing alliances and outsourced partnerships (e.g. CROs, CMOs)

• Use critical skills for building and managing complex relationships – leading and managing performance across boundaries, influencing, progress reporting, managing conflict

• Identify strengths and weaknesses in their own companies and current partnerships

o By working through exercises and realistic cases studies
o By talking with like-minded participants
o By taking optional online diagnostics prior to the course

• Draft and discuss action plans for tackling their own situations
