Anyone involved in negotiating and managing contracts in a life sciences firm or university tech transfer office. In a small company this could be all or any of the founders. In a larger one it might be the:

Perils and pitfalls in contract drafting
Using standard form contracts
Negotiating strategy and relationship management

When to involve professional advisers
