This breakfast is part of our business intelligence session aiming at key issues and innovations in business practices. It will explore the pros and cons of protecting your invention by patent, and the advantages and disadvantages of keeping your invention a secret, and relying on the protections given by law to trade secrets.

Speakers will be from law firm Penningtons Manches and patent attorney firm Appleyard Lees, based in Cambridge. It should appeal to anyone involved in intellectual property, innovation or strategic planning within a life science company.
