Business Intelligence Breakfast: The Ins and Outs of Leases

08:00 - 10:00

Location:
The Bradfield Centre, 184 Cambridge Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge CB4 0GA
Date:
05 July 2018

Finding new facilities for a growing R&D company is a major challenge and should be planned carefully. Not only is the location crucial but the terms under which you will occupy are major considerations.

Our breakfast session will explore some of the main points to consider when looking for new facilities - for example office and laboratory fit outs, repair obligations, service charge arrangements, termination clauses and space-sharing arrangements – and the pitfalls to avoid from a legal and property management perspective. It will also explore some of the issues which can arise on exiting including claims for dilapidations and reinstatement of fit out works.

This should appeal to any COO or Facility Manager who is interested in knowing more about commercial property contracts.
