Product Manager

With continued growth, we are now seeking a Product Manager who will report into our Senior Marketing and Scientific Liaison and be responsible for providing comprehensive support across a broad spectrum of promotional marketing activities and strategic planning. 

The Product Manager will create hard-copy and digital assets, and support market research activities.  They will also need to be comfortable participating in strategic and promotional related projects, working directly with Key Customer groups such as Consultant Gastroenterologist's on a peer-to-peer basis.  

Person Specification: 

  • BSc in a science subject, preferably Life Sciences/Pharmacy etc.
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Strategic thinker with potential for advancement
  • At least 2 years’ experience within a marketing or related field with a strong track record
  • Field sales experience in gastroenterology or similar field would be a bonus but not essential
  • Good computer skills to include MS Office suite to a high level

Key Elements of the Role will Include: 

  • Planning and implementing promotional activities 
  • Liaising with Key Opinion Leaders to ensure marketing messages are appropriate and effective 
  • Delivery of promotional materials in both print and electronic media, including promotional events such as scientific conferences  
  • Ensuring that the Disease Area/Product information is up to date on the Company and product websites Supporting Commercial activities in Europe and possibly USA 
  • Developing and implementing social media activities for the product
