The topic up for discussion is "The Generation Game" exploring the following areas:
  • What defines each generation
  • The political, social and technological factors behind their contrasting behaviours
  • How these different generations behave at work
  • Their strengths and weaknesses
  • Potential areas of conflict
  • How you can successfully manage a generationally diverse workforce
  • This is a free event, which will provide you with opportunities to network over breakfast, to hear from our speaker Russell Beck and to join in with round table discussions.

Tate have received excellent reviews from Russel Beck’s previous seminars, here are just a few:

"First class seminar.  Speaker, subject, content, first class.  In fact I have been to many of these and this ranks top 3 I have been to in the last 10 years.”

“Russell Beck is brilliant!  Keeps you interested throughout! Content interesting and I feel like I have learnt something I can apply to my day to day job.  I definitely want to come to the next one.”

“I was fortunate enough to see Russell’s presentation on Engagement recently and was impressed with the content and his delivery.  In my opinion every business leader should go and listen and learn from Russell about staff engagement and I look forward to his next presentation.”

Early sign up is recommended as spaces are limited. For more information visit the Tate website: www.tate.co.uk
