Programme
The key focus of the SIG is our programme of interesting topic events. We will be running these throughout the year, intially located at Cambridge, but perhaps at other locations to be decided.
Each event will be for around 2.5 hours and include a buffet lunch.
Each typically features an expert guest visitor who will speak and lead a discussion. You will be able to meet and take time to speak with your peers from other member companies and certainly raise relevant issues of importance.

Key challenges in project management - SIG restart
As it is c. 2 years since we piloted the SIG, at this meeting we would like to review what are the key challenges for the project manager in the small and medium sized company. As well as discussing issues with colleagues and experienced practitioners, you will also be able to help to shape the remit and agenda for the formal program for 2013. We have set dates for these meetings: 10 July, 9 October, 4 December.
For our first meeting we have invited a special guest, Janette Thomas of AccentBio, who has many years of project management experience in both the large Pharma and small/Biotech sectors. |
