This breakfast session, hosted by Penningtons Manches LLP, will outline the government’s proposals for the new immigration system as well as provide an update in relation to right to work checks going forward (prevention of illegal working). The session will also give an update on the EU Settlement Scheme and what employers need to take into consideration when recruiting from the EU post Brexit under a deal/no deal scenario.
