A session to examine how teams can adapt and continue to work well during periods of uncertainty and what are the approaches needed to keep teams successful and productive.  This is intended to be an interactive session so please be prepared to share your experience of change and how it has been successful.  Kathryn Simpson Consulting will be facilitating our session.  The session will explore:
