Business Intelligence Breakfast - Anatomy of a Collaboration Agreement

Thursday 13 June 08.00 – 10.00

Collaboration agreements are fundamental to research in life science as they allow the best use of scientific expertise that can lead to innovative therapeutics, but their negotiation can sometimes be complex and time consuming. Key aspects like IP ownership, options to licence, liability and termination should be considered carefully when drafting these documents to ensure that the agreement allows the parties to focus on delivering good science.

This event will provide a review of the different elements to consider when negotiating collaboration agreements, combining legal insights and practical examples from a pharma perspective.

This breakfast should appeal to anyone involved in collaboration agreement including academics, technology transfer officers and biotech companies.
