Redundancy - the what and the how
The session will cover how to identify a genuine redundancy situation (not as obvious as it might seem!) and give practical guidance on a fair process including pooling, bumping, selection criteria and consultation, what information you need to provide and what you shouldn’t provide as well as how to minimise the impact on both the employees directly affected, and those who are not.
