In this first Virtual Innovation Centre workshop, we will focus on the executive team and board makeup on a Life Science company growth journey. Growing implies changes in the organisation and strategic evolution that must be backed by the right individuals to support decision making and execute at various level. This workshop will bring elements of understanding of what constitute a good C-suite and board mix and tools to identify gaps and how to fill them. Our partner George James will bring their expertise of executive recruitment, providing examples and concrete tools to make the most of a board and senior executive team.
