Mind the Management Gap

Context: 

Having a strong team within and as advisers to any venture will help grow an early-stage biotech’s science to successful patient-orientated business solutions. Finding the right people with the knowledge, experience and personal networks to drive a company forward by establishing good practice and governance isn’t easy without making the best connections. We are holding this exploratory session where RSM will briefly present on the challenges encountered through the life cycle of a life science company followed by some short pitches from companies on their journey. This will form he context of an open discussion on how we can facilitate better connections, opportunities and knowledge-sharing between the emerging companies and the wider ecosystem.
