Eastern AHSN has published its latest impact review which celebrates its impact for the last financial year, told largely through the stories of the people it has worked with.
The headline figures are that over 23,000 people benefitted from Eastern AHSN’s programmes and its teams provided around 1,900 hours of support to innovators - but that doesn’t tell the whole story. Real examples include reducing potentially life-threatening medication errors after patients are discharged from hospital, driving the detection of and treatment of atrial fibrillation and reducing the risk of babies developing cerebral palsy.
