Account Manager, Immunology - London and Cambridge

As a member of our Sales team, you will use your scientific knowledge and interpersonal skills to support great science by advising our academic and industrial partners to help drive their research forward. You will work to identify and acquire new customers to drive new business, while also managing existing accounts and relationships in your region. In this role you will have a broad and immediate impact on scientific discovery by leveraging your scientific expertise and strategic thinking to provide expert consultation and become a trusted ally in the scientific process.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Forecast, develop and execute territory strategies to achieve or exceed revenue target in assigned territory on a quarterly basis.

Leverage product knowledge to develop, grow and maintain customer relationships and perform product demonstrations.

Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers within the territory, through prospecting, emails, phone calls, and virtual and in-person meetings.

Document communications and keep the customer relationship management (CRM) database up to date.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field with a minimum of 1 year of sales or research experience, or Doctorate degree with a focus on Immunology, Hematology or an allied science is preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Sales experience is an asset.
