Domainex has vacancies for talented laboratory-based analytical/bioanalytical chemists who are qualified to PhD or with BSc/MSc level in chemistry, life sciences or biochemistry with post-graduate analytical industry experience to support analysis and purification of synthetic molecules and bioanalysis from in vitro ADME studies. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of analytical method and assay development, have hands-on experience of mass spectrometry and handling of microtitre plate-based samples.
The level of appointment will be commensurate with experience. In addition to proven analytical skills, Domainex is particularly interested in hearing from applicants with experience in mammalian cell culture and protein analysis. For consideration as a Team Leader, candidates must also have proven project management experience and prior supervisory/line management experience and perspectives on process enhancement.

• Analytical assay development and delivery of results where your conclusions will guide projects
• Contribute to the selection of bioanalytical assays to further clients mechanistic understanding for their projects
• Support routine laboratory operation and maintenance
• Prepare and present oral and written reports on research activities to internal and external audiences

• Maintain appropriate awareness of safety procedures, attend required safety training and adhere to laboratory safety rules as defined by the host department
• Ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with organisational standards, policies and procedures
• For team leader role: Report directly on your team’s performance to external clients and to the Domainex chemistry management team
