This role is to support the development of our clients expanding Bioproduction product line and to support the R&D pipeline to determine the impact of editing events on the production and quality of monoclonal antibodies.

The candidate will ideally have hands-on experience of the Bioprocess sector, Significant mammalian cell culture experience, with flawless aseptic technique. Strong molecular biology skills including gDNA, PCR and RNA isolation and molecular cloning techniques.

Exposure to cell line development in the Bioprocess Industry.  Experience culturing and manipulating CHO or HEK293 cells for the production of biotherapeutics. Worked within a GLP/GMP environment is highly desirable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

·         BSc plus a higher level degree (e.g. MSc, MRes or PhD) in Biotechnology or Biological discipline (or equivalent experience) including a minimum of 1 year working in a laboratory setting.

·         Industry experience preferred.  .
