Work on Cancer Research UK early phase (Phase I&II) clinical trials with investigators who are key opinion leaders in oncology, monitoring at hospitals located across the country;
Ensure compliance with Cancer Research UK standard operating procedures and policies, ICH-GCP, European Union Directives, UK legislations and other regulatory requirements;
Develop strong relationships with investigators and site personnel to ensure that Cancer Research UK clinical trials are run effectively, efficiently and comply to standards;

Now we need a Clinical Research Associate to bring their expertise to our Centre for Drug Development team to focus on early clinical development of new treatments. You’ll enjoy strong links with the people who put science into practice and your work will result in a better future for the 300,000 people diagnosed with cancer each year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude to help us save millions of lives through their:

Working knowledge of ICH/GCP, EU legislations and clinical trial methodology and of monitoring both electronic data capture studies and paper studies;
Biological Sciences degree or equivalent nursing qualification/experience
Experience in monitoring early phase trials, monitoring in the oncology therapeutic area would be advantageous;
Experience of using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems would be advantageous
