Consultant Production Director Poland (part-time) - Manufacturing - Reagents - Ref.: JVM240820B

Our client who manufactures recombinant proteins and enzymes produced by genetically modified microorganisms needs an industrial manufacturing expert to come in on part-time and do a number of things:

Evaluate what they are doing
Optimises current process to maximise production capacity
Ensure they meet the regulatory standards to supply excipients for diagnostic applications
Upskill current staff
Lead a project to design and specify a new production plant
Be a key advisor during the build and  commissioning of the new facility
Train a full-time Production Director to take over the new facility (most likely a  local Polish candidate)

The role could be for as long as 18months and will require variations in time commitment at different stages of the project.
