Consultant Quality Director Poland (part-time) - Reagents - Ref.: JVM240820QB

Our client who manufactures recombinant proteins and enzymes produced by genetically modified microorganisms needs a quality expert to come in on part-time and do a number of things:

Evaluate current quality systems
Optimises current quality process to support them maximising production capacity
Ensure they meet the regulatory standards to supply excipients for diagnostic applications
Upskill current staff
Support a project to design and specify a new production plant
Be a key advisor on quality issues during the build and  commissioning of the new facility
Train a full-time Quality Director to take over the new facility (most likely a local Polish candidate)

The role could be for as long as 18months and will require variations in time commitment at different stages of the project.
