Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a strong HR generalist with a strategic focus to play a key role in shaping this dynamic organisation at a key stage in its growth.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
• Work with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement key HR strategies e.g. Performance Management, Recruitment and Retention, Remuneration and Benefit, Learning and Development
• Provide strategic support and advice to the Senior Leadership Team
• Lead and develop the UK HR and Recruitment function to deliver exceptional operations underpinned by robust systems and processes
• Manage UK HR and Recruitment Operations on a day-to-day basis and effectively deal with issues as they arise
• Ensure HR and Recruitment practices are compliant with relevant legislation and industry best-practice
• Support the wider management team by providing coaching and advice on all HR and Recruitment related matters
• Work in close partnership with HR colleagues across global operations as the Company grows

Applicant: The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have a proven background of successfully supporting organisations through phases of high growth. Experience in the life sciences industry and of working with overseas subsidiaries is desirable.
