This is an opportunity to lead and grow the R&D function and direct the companies R&D programme in the development of prototypes and commercially ready instruments. The role will lead the evolution of the Research and Development organisation to sustain high performance with meets the current and future needs of the business.
Candidates are required to have a track record of instrumentation R&D with a preferred scientific bias and experience of leading and developing teams. Ideally, candidates will also have experience in the later stages of the product development lifecycle
