HR Manager

Biocrucible is developing a class-leading molecular diagnostic platform based on its proprietary isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology. This platform has the potential to offer rapid results with PCR-like levels of sensitivity and specificity but in a fully-disposable format usable by both consumers at home and also in low-resource environments. Our technology can significantly improve the performance of many processes already currently in use throughout the life science and diagnostic industries. The acquisition by Sapphiros in July 2021 has provided further investment and operational support to accelerate this next-generation platform to market.

At 55 employees, we have doubled in size since the beginning of the year and now require an experienced HR Manager to lead the development of the company strategy and the high-performing culture to support the continued growth of the company. The role will provide HR business partner support to key leadership across the company and key input into the development of the internal communication process.

The role will manage and maintain all aspects of the HR services for the organisation including the implementation of a newly set up HR information system and the establishment of HR business policy and practice.

Talent acquisition is ongoing and this role will coordinate the activities and approach to this.

Experience in an innovative environment within a regulated industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels driving collaboration in a growing organisation are a requirement as well as a current working knowledge of employment law and practice.
