Member Engagement Manager, One Nucleus

Part-time considered (minimum 22.5 hours per week)

Salary range £35k-£45k pro rata

One Nucleus, the Cambridge headquartered membership organisation for life science companies is now recruiting for a Member Engagement Manager to work within the Business Development team to deliver member support, events and sector reports.

Role:

Working as part of the team to meet the collective Business Development goals including to :

  • deliver against membership and sponsorship targets through recruitment and retention activity
  • implement a range of One Nucleus events including our annual Genesis and ON Helix conferences and One Nucleus networking events
  • Maintain sectoral data collection and monitoring, creating regular reports and commentaries of trends within and impacting member companies 
  • Additional responsibilities will include working alongside other team members to maximise member engagement, ongoing development of the One Nucleus membership offer and EU project delivery

 

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following attributes: 

  • understanding of the life science and healthcare sector
  • ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of organisations and stakeholders
  • a track record of delivering projects to a high standard in a highly organised fashion
  • a strong team player
  • hold a full driving licence.
