Working out of our new labs in Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst alongside a small team sitting at the core of our preclinical drug discovery effort. This position applies technical, functional and leadership knowledge to design experiments and projects along with scientific consultation to the wider team. You would actively contribute to the strategic direction of the company by recommending expansion or curtailment of investigations on the basis of experimental results or scientific information.
You will bring your in-depth experience of DDR and SL biology and strong biological technical capabilities to support this area of science including activities such as CRISPR.
Your team will look to you for technical advice. You'll be mainly lab-based, with multiple complex projects running at the same time that you will be accountable for.
