Talent Executive - Cardiff

Location: Central Cardiff

Salary & package: £23,000 plus 100% target bonus (uncapped), pension, 25 days’ holiday, personal development budget

At Singular Talent, we’re on a mission to Make Hiring Better for as many people and companies as we can. As a Talent Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in that mission, interacting directly with our Talent Community to understand their career goals and match them with the right opportunities.

You’ll also be essential to the companies we support, helping them to identify, attract and engage the right talent for their teams through thorough search campaigns, compelling messaging and effective process management.

You will be the link between people and opportunities, and a key representative of Singular Talent’s brand in the market.

We’re looking for someone to join our team here in central Cardiff to source, qualify and build relationships with the top scientists and technology professionals in the drug discovery sector, helping them to take opportunities and helping our clients to bring the people into their organisations.

You’ll spend time finding these individuals, speaking with them to understand their experience, career goals and aspirations, and presenting them with jobs that match their criteria. You’ll guide them through the hiring and decision-making process, with the ultimate aim of securing them for the companies we work with.

We’ll support you with a tailored, proactive approach to your personal and professional development, helping you to achieve your short and long-term career ambitions.

You’ll be paid well, with a good basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses on a quarterly and annual basis.

The right person for this position will have a background or demonstrated interest in science and technology, great people skills and a track record of effective verbal and written communication, and will be committed to their own personal and professional development.
