It is now established that flexible working including working from home, flexible start and finish time are important for employees to keep engaged with their company as well as balancing their personal life. By answering to their employees’ needs, companies gain in retention and productivity which is key in a competitive recruitment market like life sciences.

But with a younger generation entering the work place, with more of these aspirations and more technology available to them, how further can we go with flexible working? It is a crucial question for employees in order to balance their lifestyle and remain committed to their work and for employers to remain attractive and keep their precious workforce.
