The Role

Isomerase leverages its decades of experience working with bacteria and fungi, combined with its knowledge, capabilities and innovations in biology, chemistry and process development, to enable our innovation partners to progress their products and processes toward commercialisation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Management Lead for the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH), who will be based at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), near Cambridge, UK. This is a varied role providing an opportunity to collaborate with a global community of leaders in genomics, computing and medicine, working toward delivering the full benefit of genomics in healthcare.

The Cortes-Ciriano group studies the mutational processes and mechanisms of genome instability underpinning tumourigenesis, immune escape, and drug response through the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data from clinical samples. The group is also leading the development of novel approaches for early cancer detection using long-read sequencing. More information about the group can be found here.
