Job Summary:
We are currently looking for talented and motivated Bioanalyst to join our Bioanalysis Group at our Hatfield facility. Opportunities are available on both a permanent and part-time basis, offering flexibility for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
•Perform quantitative analysis of drug/test compounds in biological matrices using LC-MS/MS for both discovery and regulatory studies.
•Perform method development and validation for bioanalytical assays.
•Accurately follow SOPs, protocols, and analytical procedures, ensuring complete and traceable documentation
•Prepare biological samples using various extraction techniques (e.g. protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, solid phase extraction)
•Analyse and interpret data to ensure quality and integrity of results; flag and investigate any outliers or deviations.
•Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support preclinical and clinical studies.
•Ensure timely delivery of results to meet client and project deadlines.

Your Background:
•Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline
•Hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis
•Working knowledge of GLP and/or GCP practices
•Strong attention to detail and excellent record keeping.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team under time pressure.
•Good problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
