Globally scientists have been forced to put their experiments on hold for non covid-19 related work and enforce social distancing in their laboratories whilst more researchers work remotely.  As some may now be resuming activities, new rules will mean that there will be less researches in the lab at once and perhaps the organisation of the lab space changed.  The current crisis has certainly highlighted the role that laboratory automation can play in helping to ensure social distancing.

During our BioWednesday webinar, Ian Yates, Marketing and Business Development, Thermo Fisher will review this new strategic focus on automated solutions by exploring various automation approaches and the associated benefits, as well as discussing possible futures of automation in a post-pandemic world.  We will follow with a Q&A session on the future of the lab.

We want to make this session as interactive as possible so come prepared to contribute and discuss!
