Registration is now closed for this event but if you would like to attend, please contact jasmin@onenucleus.com
Leaders of most businesses aspire to have a reputation as an excellent employer and good corporate citizen. This has never been so important that now when competition to recruit and retain the best people and the climate emergency is uppermost in employees’ minds as they increasingly seek jobs with employers that align to their values inside and outside of work.
Many companies also need to report against their ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) performance to their regulators and investors. Reducing the consequential carbon footprint of doing business contributes to the above aspirations and moreover it frequently has a beneficial impact on the financial bottom line. Sustainability makes good business sense!
The panel at this session will describe some of the good practice they and colleagues are undertaking in order to reduce the carbon footprint in their business and that of their clients and partners, whether from laboratory operations and recycling, developing new initiatives to empower others, sourcing sustainable supplies or planning business travel.
Panel:
Yoko Shibata, PetMedix
Aman Pourkarimi, Gray Dawes Group
Joanne Durgan, Babraham Institute
Neil Wilder, Harts Office Supplies
