As funding is increasingly difficult to secure, finding new ways to maximise income has become ever more important, and operational barriers and agreements based on outcomes can pose challenges to your ability to scale. Building a roadmap based on insights is essential for success.

Discussion will centre around the commercial roadmap, collaboration at a pan-industry level and the opportunity for value-based contracting to overcome commercialisation challenges.

Approximately 70% of drug launches fail to meet their commercial expectations and this is number is likely to grow as an increasing amount of early-stage therapy developers are expected to take their innovation all the way through the clinic and to the market.
