Delivered by the Science Industry Partnership (SIP), this event will enable Cambridge-based SMEs to understand the current and future skills outlook for the UK life science sector in the region and on a national level. This will include a look at the latest skills forecasting, future growth areas as well as the opportunity for attendees to collaborate on skills issues that impact our community.

Attendees will get the chance to:

  • Discuss the implications for employability and education in the Cambridge area
  • Discover innovative approaches to building and maintaining talent pipelines
