Bidwells' Creative Places team has appointed Sue Foxley and Harry Blevins, strengthening its research capability and London science and technology leasing offer as the business continues to grow.
Sue will be joining the Creative Places team on a part-time basis, to focus on leading edge research and data trends in science and technology as well as providing valuable insight to clients on ecosystem strategy through Creative Places consultancy mandates. Sue will continue to lead the Research function across the Bidwells Group.
Harry will also join the Creative Places team on a full-time basis focusing his time on London specialist science and technology leasing and business development in this area. Harry will also retain a role in strategic Cambridge projects to actively promote Bidwells’ presence in advising around the connectivity and synergies between Cambridge and Kings Cross, which science and tech occupiers are increasingly interested in exploiting.
Creative Places has been part of Bidwells' Commercial Department since merging with the firm in January 2026, providing clients with specialist R&D and innovation-led real estate advice backed by the scale of the wider Bidwells business. Creative Places has expertise and understanding across national innovation ecosystems as the most complete innovation real estate platform in the UK.
Most recently, the combined Creative Places and Bidwells team are involved in two of the largest innovation occupier moves in the UK this year: GSK’s £400 million decision to establish its proposed flagship R&D centre on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus and Anthropic’s 158,000 sq ft headquarters letting at One Triton Square, Regent’s Place in London.
Liam Nicholls, Partner, Creative Places, said: “Our expansion of the team this year is off the back of confidence in our capability to advise an excellent roster of clients on major projects and transactions shaping the UK R&D landscape, particularly in the AI and healthcare innovation space. Adding Harry to the team, with a focus on London and its connectivity to Cambridge, builds on our growing presence in these core markets. Sue brings a deep understanding of science trends, alongside a thoughtful, data and research-led approach to strategic consultancy and agency mandates. We welcome them both to the team and are excited about the opportunity this brings.”
Sue Foxley, Research Director, Bidwells, added: “Our research tells us a great deal about where science and technology is heading, which fields are growing, what those organisations need, and where capital is moving. In Creative Places that intelligence feeds directly into clients' real estate strategy, from targeting the right occupiers through to the places and spaces that are built and how they're positioned. This is research at its most effective and I'm really looking forward to working with clients on innovation projects across the UK."
