This event aims to bring together like-minded individuals working in the biotech and life science sector, and women looking to pursue a career in this industry. We will have talks from inspirational women in the industry on topics ranging from leadership, navigating change, to increasing the visibility of women in biotech and ways to connect with each other.

The event aims to:

• Encourage women to enter careers in biotech and increase the visibility of women in the industry
• Provide an inclusive space for attendees to share personal and professional experiences and career strategies from a female perspective
• Support women at any stage of their professional journey to continue a career in biotech and achieve their future aspirations
• Provide opportunities to connect with one another and grow a wider network of professionals working in biotech

We warmly encourage all expressions of gender to participate to this event. Feedback from our post-event surveys has shown that past attendees would have liked to see greater attendance from men across this event series.
