Join Cambridge Network for a half-day workshop to explore how organisations can move from neurodiversity awareness to embedding it in their everyday strategy and practices. Designed for leaders, managers, and HR professionals, this event will explore how neuro‑inclusion can be built into culture, operations and decision‑making in a way that creates meaningful and lasting impact.

This event will include a keynote speaker and each participant will have the opportunity to choose between two breakout sessions which will run in tandem. You will be asked to confirm which breakout session you would like to attend when you book, and the outlines for both sessions can be found below.

Keynote:

Dr Deborah Leveroy, Head of Research & Insights, neurobox.

From Awareness to Impact: Embedding Neuro-Inclusion into Organisational Culture

This keynote explores how organisations can move beyond awareness by embedding neuro-inclusion into strategy, operations, and everyday culture and how leaders can recognise the signals that inclusion is genuinely working.

In this session, Deborah will explore:

  • Why awareness alone is not enough, and where organisations typically get stuck.
  • How strategic intent, operational systems, and everyday culture interact to embed neuro-inclusion over time.
  • The signals leaders can look for to understand whether inclusion is truly experienced, not just stated.
