A one day course

Each course is designed to introduce delegates to the process leading from initial discovery through to the marketing of a drug. The programme aims to show how the many steps are linked together and where key related activities such as patenting, licensing and fundraising have to be taken into account. It also includes a look at biotechnology in the wider context, the size of the industry and how it relates to the pharmaceutical sector.
