In this second VIC Innovation Workshop we’ll explore the various processes and considerations relating to transactions. As a life science company grows, opportunities for in/out licensing, acquisitions will occur and often come with some form of complexity that can be overcome with strong due diligence processes in place. This session will review some of the pitfalls and solutions to be as prepared as possible to conduct efficient transactions. It will be delivered by our partner Taylor Wessing and open to anyone involved in transactions in life science companies.
