Covalent inhibitors have reemerged as a hot topic in drug discovery research. During this webinar, we will discuss our approach to identifying high quality covalent fragment hits. This will include curation of our diverse covalent fragment library, covalent fragment screening by intact MS, assessment of warhead reactivity with glutathione (GSH), confirmation of the fragment binding site by peptide mapping and generation of Ki/kinact values by LC-MS.
Agenda:
14.00 – 14.05 – Introduction from One Nucleus and Domainex
14.05 – 14.45 – Presentation from Andrew Ratcliffe, Director of Chemistry and Scott Martin, Head of the Bioanalytical Sciences Department, Domainex
14.45 – 15.00 – Q&A and Close
