In keeping with the investment and dealmaking theme of Jefferies Week in London, this exclusive breakfast roundtable session hosted by EIP in partnership with tranScrip provides a chance for emerging company leaders to share their thoughts and concerns peer-to-peer around how to create and pitch their value proposition to investors and Pharma. Previous sessions, also under Chatham House Rules, have delved into some of the key reasons investors elect not to proceed with opportunities. The recurring theme has been a feeling that the degree of forward planning and homework now expected from the biotech company is growing such that investors can truly evaluate the current status and route to further value creation. Many of the factors related to what gets uncovered in due diligence around topics such as IP protection, clinical development plans, leadership teams and commercialisation strategy. The format will be an interactive roundtable discussion facilitated by Gareth Probert and Tim Belcher, EIP and Linda Summerton, tranScrip.
