The Ones to Watch series returns on 3 June with an evening dedicated to highlighting the most exciting emerging innovation across the life sciences sector. In partnership with Marks & Clerk, this edition brings together a curated group of early stage companies developing breakthrough technologies in therapeutics, immunology, platform biology and enabling science.

Purpose of the Event
This forum is designed to give founders a platform to refine their pitch, share their science, and build meaningful connections with the people who can help accelerate their growth. For investors, R&D leaders and innovation focused organisations, it offers a concentrated view of high potential companies at the earliest stages of their journey, where strategic support, capital and collaboration can have the greatest impact.

Exclusive Pre Event Workshop for Pitching Companies
Ahead of the main session, Marks & Clerk will host a pre-event 45 minute workshop exclusively for pitching companies, exploring key considerations around commercialisation, IP strategy and investment readiness. This workshop will run on a first come, first served basis, offering founders a valuable opportunity to strengthen their approach before taking the stage.

What to Expect:
•    Founder pitches from early stage companies selected for their scientific promise and commercial potential
•    Insightful discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing innovators as they move from concept to company
•    A room curated for meaningful exchange, bringing together those shaping the future of biotech innovation
•    Networking with peers who are actively engaged in identifying, supporting and scaling new science

Who Should Attend
This session is ideal for:
•    Investors seeking visibility of emerging opportunities
•    Biotech and tech bio founders looking to benchmark, learn and connect
•    R&D and innovation leaders exploring new technologies and partnerships

The evening will provide a focused environment for high quality conversations, shared learning and early relationship building, key ingredients for a thriving innovation ecosystem.
