Margaux Grasso is the founder of Wripple, a strategic marketing consultancy supporting science and technology organisations. She works with growing teams to bring more clarity, alignment, and direction to their marketing, particularly in technically complex environments where messaging and priorities can easily lose clarity.

With over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing across startups and medical consultancies, Margaux is also a facilitator. She helps teams break down silos, align around priorities, and have the conversations needed to move marketing forward more effectively. Her work often focuses on improving collaboration between marketing, sales, and leadership teams so marketing can become more strategic, focused, and impactful.

Before moving into marketing, Margaux completed a master’s degree in marine biology. She later specialised in science communication during a second master’s degree at Imperial College London.
