Creating a Destination Workplace 

This collaboration will help us to continue to provide insights and best practice to our members. Together with the Future of Work Institute we will be able to share insights and best practices through their research and case studies to support you in becoming employers of choice.

What to expect:

Becoming an employer of choice lies in our ability to look inwards to create a destination workplace that will attract, retain, empower and transform people. Becoming a destination workplace isn't always easy. In this session Barry Winkless, Head of Future of Work Institute will discuss the key principles needed to becoming an employer of choice in a noisy market. 

This is a one hour session with Q&A held on Zoom.

The Future of Work Institute, part of Cpl Group, is an organisation that explores, questions and creates future of work solutions through events research and projects.
