5G has potential to transform the healthcare industry with applications from remote clinical monitoring (diagnosis and treatment) to robotic surgery assistance. During our BioWednesday we will be exploring mobile telecommunications possibilities in healthcare, including 5G technology: how it works, the patent implications that it raises and how it will be used to improve public health outcomes.
