In the next two months, Creative Biolabs will host two webinars to outline the latest progress in research on CAR-T therapy against solid tumors in depth.

One of the most challenging areas in immunotherapy, CAR-T therapy against solid tumors, is undergoing a series of technical developments. This series of lectures will address two key strategies: cytokine-sensing reprogramming and secretory target delivery systems for therapeutic molecules.

"Solid-tumor CAR-T is still one of the greatest challenges in CAR-T therapy," said the Head of Immuno-Oncology Research of Creative Biolabs. "With these two webinars, we hope to provide useful tools and research ideas that can help researchers step out of traditional limitations."

Webinar 1: CAR-T Cell Targeted Delivery of Secreted Therapeutics for Solid Tumors
Time: 10 AM EST | November 24, 2025
This session highlights how engineered CAR-T cells can locally release cytokines, checkpoint inhibitors, and other therapeutic agents directly into the tumor site.

"Instead of relying on systemic drugs, we're letting CAR-T cells do the talking—right at the tumor," said the scientist. "It’s a smarter, safer way to reshape the immune response."

Webinar 2: Programming Cytokine Sensing—A Blueprint for Durable CAR-T
Time: 10 AM EST | December 11, 2025
Led by Dr. Stefanie Bailey from the University of Virginia, this session explores how cytokine pathway editing—specifically IFNγ receptor deletion—can enhance CAR-T cell persistence and reduce exhaustion.

"By reprogramming how CAR-T cells respond to cytokines, we're unlocking new levels of durability," said a scientist at this company. "This is a critical leap forward for solid tumor immunotherapy."

In addition to the webinars, Creative Biolabs will also showcase its one-stop CAR-T development platform, which covers the entire process from antigen screening, CAR structure design to non-viral vector (such as piggyBac) delivery system, and is particularly suitable for multi-target construction and logic gating design for solid tumors.

"Our one-stop solid tumor targeting platform is built to simplify complexity," said the scientist. "Whether you're designing your first CAR or optimizing for persistence, we're here to help."
