In 2016 China announced over $9.2 billion investment in life science over 15 years and by 2020 it is expected to grow its pharmaceutical market volume to $22 billion USD, becoming the second-largest market after the United States.

To help East of England businesses capitalise on this growth, Exemplas Trade Services (ETSL) has invited key members of the Department for International Trade (DIT) life science team in China to meet with companies from the region. After the morning’s presentations there will be an opportunity to have 1-2-1 meetings with the experts.*
